We found Alex through craigslist, and had NO idea about the housing market. Alex has been in the real estate business for quite a while now. What surprises me the most is his NEVER-SAY-NO attitude. He was always available 24/7. He was very patient with us in explaining the whole process, both for real estate and mortgage lending. He not only does your real estate work but also helps you in getting through your loan. I would have NEVER been able to get a loan, if it were not for Alex. One would assume that a mortgage lender knows more than a real estate broker, but I was happy to have Alex with me to explain the lending rules to the mortgage lender. Isn't that amazing!

In working with Alex, I found him to be professional and incredibly hard working. He listened to me and was able to show me the exact places I was interested in. He was clearly working to help me find the right fit and did not pressure me in any way to view properties I was not interested in, as can often be the case. He negotiated my deal effectively, again with an eye to my personal needs. He is obviously well connected and works well with many people. He is knowledgeable about the industry and able to provide references for pretty much anything you could need. Alex helped us find two single family homes in San Francisco on a small budget (<500K). He didn't try to talk us into looking at condos or something more realistic for our budget; he was very respectful of our choices. Being first time home buyers we relied heavily upon Alex for everything and he came through for us on both occasions. The house we finally purchased was a complicated probate sale with tenants and we would have never had the confidence to proceed with this risky transaction without Alex's support.
